This year's theme, The Championship Experience, celebrates the power of teamwork both on and off the field. As we recognize Birmingham's Best Places to Work, we'll also shine a spotlight on the HR leaders and culture champions whose leadership, dedication and daily efforts help create winning workplaces. After all, every championship team needs a strong coach behind the scenes.
