As part of the 2024 Best Places to Work program, the Birmingham Business Journal is pleased to launch the HR Impact Awards!
This award will be given to Birmingham's top human resources leaders, as judged by a panel including Birmingham Business Journal staff.
We are looking for HR professionals who made a specific, tangible impact on their workplace in the last year and have a track record of using their role to make their offices productive, creative and safe environments for all employees.
All honorees will be profiled in the Birmingham Business Journal and online and will be honored during a special planned event.
Nominees must be residents of the Birmingham metro area who are employed in the region and work within the human resources field. They should be established HR leaders with a strong record of innovation and outstanding performance.
Nominees should work for a business or organization based in the Birmingham metro area.
Nominations should include as much detail as possible about a nominee's specific business accomplishments.
Self-nominations are welcome. In addition to the online form, a high-resolution, 300 dpi, professional quality digital photo (headshot) of the nominee must be submitted.
Please answer all questions completely and refrain from any supplementary collateral. Any nominations that are submitted in a press release or boilerplate manner will not be accepted.
All submissions must be received no later than July 12, 2024.
Winners will be asked to participate in a Q&A process.
